Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected events can arise, necessitating the need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure we can accommodate all of our clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Cancellations or late reschedules within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur an inconvenience fee of $15.
In the event of a no-show, a 60% charge of the service cost will be applied.
